Pics of Jeep for sale

1989 Jeep Comanche "Pioneer"

My project truck...

I bought this truck, in hopes of building it into a mean 4x4. I got all prepared to fix it, and then I found my '91 and ost interest in this one. I got the frame section needed to fix it, a few header panels, fenders, and now it just sits there. I am selling this truck, because I need the room. Price is negotiable, I just really want it out. CLEAN IL TITLE IN MY NAME!!! I would consider trade for a builder CJ/YJ/TJ for my mom. If desired, I would even trade this truck to take some money off of a CJ/YJ/TJ trade. She really wants a Jeep.

How it sits...

When I bought it, I had some many plans until I found my '91. This jeep was unfortunatly in a tree vs. Jeep accident, and won. It knocked over the tree, but the tree crimpled the frame just enough to push the radiator into the fan, and the insurance company junked it. I bought it and used the drivetrain from it for a Cherokee. It was originally, a 2.5L automatic 2WD. The engine was still useable, thats how minor the accident was. A/C, column shift, power steering, power brakes.

OUCH!!!!

The damages...Hood, front bumper, front clip, front x-member, and the first 6 inches of the front rails. The frame from about 6-8 inches all the way to the rear bumper is untouched, and the frame and axles are still square. If I wanted to, I could put a motor and trans in to in it, to make it movable, I just wouldn't be able to put in the radiator and front clip until I fixed the front x-member and the 6-8 inches of rail, which I have. I have a few 4.0L's I could use, but, really would just like to sell this truck for the room. I already have a 4x4.

Looks grim, doesn't it?

Actually, it is just in a state of dissasembly. It has a full grey bench seat interior, down to the factory AM/FM stereo. The only things that are missing are the dash bezel, the driverside kicker panel, and the underside dash trim, which are all easily found in a grey Cherokee. The seat has no rips, or tears, and is just a little dirty. The interiot is vary nice, and I wouldn't have minded using it, but like I have siad before, That was before I finished my 1991, which has a full bucket seat grey interior.
